Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE OR RETURN CONDITIONS

The CobarShop team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it.

The following conditions must be observed:

The product must be returned in its original packaging;

The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;

The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, along with manuals and all accompanying accessories.

We do not perform exchanges for products with sizes that are unsuitable for the customer.

We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in size selection.

As stated in the Consumer Defense Code - Article 49, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to perform exchanges due to consumer remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other hypothesis.


IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the conditions above are not respected.


WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to suporte@cobarshop.com.br and provide:

Product name;

Order number;

Email registered with the purchase;

Reason for exchange or return;

VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT

Once all issues regarding the product return are confirmed, we will provide you with the address for the return and will reimburse the amount paid for the product and shipping.

SPECIAL CARE FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS

Jewelry

  • Silver is a precious metal that darkens over time, and this is a natural process called silver oxidation;

  • Since silver is a precious and soft metal, repetitive movements, such as opening and closing a bracelet clasp, can cause a loss of tension, requiring a simple adjustment. Frequently check clasps, clips, and similar systems;

  • Products can be damaged by chemicals, soaps, strong impacts, or intense friction. Avoid sleeping with your jewelry, wearing them during household chores, swimming in pools or the sea, and remember to remove rings when washing your hands;

  • Stones, pearls, and metals have different degrees of hardness and can scratch. Store your jewelry separately and be careful about the contact of jewelry with other objects when wearing them;

  • Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfumes, hairsprays, shampoo, sunscreen, and self-tanning lotion;

  • Enameled pieces must be treated with care, as contact with cleaning products, makeup, and creams can stain the jewelry's enamel. Also, avoid contact with sharp objects so as not to damage the enamel of the charms and jewelry.
